I prioritize technical excellence, specifically aiming for 90+ PageSpeed scores and Core Web Vitals compliance for every project. Please note that final performance may vary based on third-party scripts or client-provided content.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full project payment, the client retains ownership of the website design. As a strategist, I reserve the right to showcase the work within my Bento-style portfolio for professional promotion.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing necessary assets and content on time to ensure the project roadmap remains on schedule.

5. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to business operations in Dakar, Senegal.
